Alan DeFelice is a photographer known for his outstanding wildlife images. Alan is an excellent instructor and uses his talents to help students get the best possible images. His equipment includes the Canon 1DMKIII and Canon 5D. Alan has won numerous awards through his camera club and the Meadowlark Expo held every year in Vienna, Va. He is also proficient in using Photo Shop, Lightroom, Photomatix, HDR and most other photo editing software. Alan is currently the President of the Manassas Warrenton Camera Club. Alan lives in Centreville, Va and is married with three children.
Jack Nevitt has been a nature photographer since the early 1970s. He retired from the Federal Government in 2003 as a Photo Lab Tech/Video Production Specialist and has been doing nature and sports photography full time ever since. Jack is currently working as a gallery artist at The Artists Undertaking in Occoquan, Va. He has been published by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, Time Life Magazine, Loudoun Magazine and other publications. He has also been the webmaster for NVRPA and the Manassas Warrenton Camera Club. Jack is trying to keep up with the latest cameras, but it's not easy or cheap. His current camera bodies are the Canon 5D MK II and the Canon 7D. He uses 4 lenses, the Canon 24-105 L f4, Canon 70-200 L 2.8, the Sigma 120-300 2.8 and the Sigma 150mm 2.8 Macro lens.
